Technical education in construction engineering (at Matura level or equivalent technical secondary school) or a completed degree in civil engineering (or an equivalent technical qualification)
At least 5 years of professional experience in technical project management or site management of building construction projects
Solid knowledge of national construction standards, technical guidelines, and regulations
Strong expertise in planning, site supervision, local construction oversight, and project management
Independent and proactive working style with a high sense of responsibility, strong negotiation skills, solution orientation, teamwork, and above-average commitment
Business-fluent English for effective communication with international colleagues; German is an advantage
Flexibility for regional and international travel; high willingness to travel and EU-compliant category B driving license and valid travel documents

As a client representative or project manager, you will be responsible for project management of new builds, renovations and maintenance measures for company-owned properties. Your responsibilities will also include the following:
Project management skills: management and technical support from planning to handover, including technical feasibility and implementation, construction site, budget and schedule controlling and management in all project phases
Coordination of internal and external planners and contractors, including ensuring quality standards (quality assurance), representing the STRABAG Group before authorities
Openness to the topics of sustainability and digitalisation and representing their implementation
Monitoring and coordination of maintenance and repair measures
Internal contact person for furnishing matters (office furnishings)
