To our Center of Excellence Team, we are looking for an experienced Digitalization Manager to own and evolve our internal technology ecosystem — spanning enterprise platforms, data & reporting, AI adoption, and the emerging smart building domain. This role is central to how our business operates. You will be the bridge between our teams and the digital tools they rely on every day — driving adoption, managing delivery, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve how we work.

What you will be responsible for
Owning and evolving our core business platforms: Power Platform, workflow systems, CRM, BI tools — including upgrades, configuration changes, user support, and rollout of new functionality
Business partnering through coordinating and prioritizing our digital solutions portfolio across Finance, H&S, Leasing, and Operations — gathering requirements, managing vendors, overseeing delivery and testing and active cooperation with Skanska Central Europe in that scope
Leading our AI adoption: identifying tools, running pilots, delivering trainings, and building awareness across CEE business units
Managing reporting and our data infrastructure— integrating Oracle/ERP, Salesforce, and operational systems into a unified data layer
Overseeing IT governance: license management (Microsoft 365, Salesforce), vendor contracts, NIS2 compliance coordination, and team backlog management
Representing the organization in internal digital forums and contributing to group-level standards and initiatives
Work with technical teams to integrate building data (e.g. energy, BMS, ESG), support development of practical use cases, and connect building systems with business applications.
Overseeing the digitalization team, ensuring effective collaboration, clear priorities, and high-quality delivery of projects.
What we are looking for
5+ years of experience in a digital, IT PMO, or business transformation role — ideally in real estate, construction, or professional services
Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
Hands-on experience managing enterprise platforms (workflow/BPM, CRM, DMS, low-code) — you don't need to code, but you need to own the delivery
Strong project management skills: you are comfortable running multiple workstreams in parallel and keeping stakeholders aligned
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to drive user adoption — through training, communication, and change management
Exposure to AI tools in a business context is a strong plus
Interest in IoT, smart building technology, or connected assets is welcome — deep technical expertise not required
Fluent English
