At least 5 years of experience as a real estate controller or financial real estate manager
Experience in larger corporate structures and international environment is considered an advantage
Excellent written and spoken English, knowledge of German will be advantagena
Very good knowledge of structuring and handling real estate projects, including accounting topics
Very good MS Office skills, open for digitalisation and innovation
High degree of economic and technical understanding combined with a strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to learn, initiative, reliability, flexibility and above-average commitment round off your profile
Twoja rola w STRABAG
Responsible for financial activities within STRABAG Real Estate with main focus on cost controlling, reporting and accounting
Financial project management (incl. feasibility calculations, agreements, etc.) in all phases of a real estate project
Managing multiple ongoing projects and supporting in acquisitions of new projects
Creditor and – debitor management
Coordination of tasks on interface with internal shared service providers for accounting as well as internal legal advisors
