Junior Base Maintenance Coordinator (F/M)

Opis stanowiska
Supporting daily coordination of base maintenance activities
Cooperating with Line Maintenance, Workshops, NDT and approved third-party providers
Assisting operational coordination with Quality, Safety, Training and Administration
Supporting onboarding of new production staff together with HR
Acting as a communication link between floor staff and maintenance management
Supporting monitoring of man-hours and overtime data
Assisting with documentation, compliance checks and internal procedures
Reporting observed non-compliances in line with company standards
Wymagania
Education or student status in aviation, engineering or technical fields
Interest in aircraft maintenance and operational coordination
Basic understanding of safety and quality principles in a regulated environment
Good organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good command of English
MS Office proficiency
