We are looking for a Coordinator of Talent, Learning & Development to lead the team and develop solutions in talent management, learning, employee engagement and employer branding.

You will be responsible for:
Lead the Talent, Learning & Development team, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
Design, implement and develop Talent & Development solutions, including Performance Review, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement.
Lead Employer Branding initiatives that strengthen Skanska's position as an employer of choice.
Partner with HR Business Partners, managers and senior leaders to understand business needs and deliver effective people solutions.
Lead HR projects from concept to implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues across Skanska Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia) and Skanska HQ to align processes, share best practices and deliver regional initiatives.
Represent the Talent, Learning & Development function in cross-country projects and strategic HR initiatives.
Develop and deliver workshops, webinars and learning programmes for managers and employees.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, universities and learning providers.
Manage project budgets, monitor results and ensure compliance with Skanska policies and data protection standards.
We're looking for someone who has:
A university degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management or a related field;
Several years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development or HR project management within a large international organisation;
Proven experience in leading and developing teams;
Experience working in an international and matrix environment, including cross-country projects;
Experience in designing and implementing HR processes and people development solutions;
Strong project, stakeholder and change management skills;
Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills across different organisational levels and cultures;
Experience facilitating workshops, learning programmes and presentations;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Fluent English (C1)
Very good MS Office skills.
