We are looking for a Coordinator of Talent, Learning & Development to lead the team and develop solutions in talent management, learning, employee engagement and employer branding.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead the Talent, Learning & Development team, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Design, implement and develop Talent & Development solutions, including Performance Review, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement.

  • Lead Employer Branding initiatives that strengthen Skanska's position as an employer of choice.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, managers and senior leaders to understand business needs and deliver effective people solutions.

  • Lead HR projects from concept to implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across Skanska Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia) and Skanska HQ to align processes, share best practices and deliver regional initiatives.

  • Represent the Talent, Learning & Development function in cross-country projects and strategic HR initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver workshops, webinars and learning programmes for managers and employees.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, universities and learning providers.

  • Manage project budgets, monitor results and ensure compliance with Skanska policies and data protection standards.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A university degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management or a related field;

  • Several years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development or HR project management within a large international organisation;

  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams;

  • Experience working in an international and matrix environment, including cross-country projects;

  • Experience in designing and implementing HR processes and people development solutions;

  • Strong project, stakeholder and change management skills;

  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills across different organisational levels and cultures;

  • Experience facilitating workshops, learning programmes and presentations;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Fluent English (C1)

  • Very good MS Office skills.
