Key responsibilities:
Coordination and support of customs processes related to import and export activities
Preparation, verification, reporting and submission of customs documentation and declarations related to goods movement
Managing cooperation with customs agencies, freight forwarders and administrative authorities
Ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness of customs data and documentation
Cooperation with subsidiary companies and support of international business operations
Working with SAP, PUESC and tools supporting customs and logistics activities
Supporting the development of international operations in line with evolving business needs
Candidate profile:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customs, international trade or logistics
Good understanding of customs regulations and processes related to import and export activities
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and tools supporting customs operations
English at min. B2 level (C1 preferred), enabling daily communication and meeting facilitation in an international environment
Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate effectively with business partners and subsidiary companies
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
Degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics or a related field
