We are looking for a Power BI & Data Governance Specialist to join our IT team in Prague or Warsaw and support the development of reporting and data governance across Skanska CE.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
Work with business users, mainly Finance and Controlling, to translate requirements into practical reporting solutions
Support reporting across the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland
Help establish data standards, business definitions and reporting rules
Promote one common data language, shared definitions and a consistent approach to data across the organization
Support data governance, data quality, data ownership and business glossary initiatives
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies across systems, reports and business processes
Who We Are Looking For:
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and report development
Good analytical skills and ability to understand business requirements
Interest in data quality, governance and business processes
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Knowledge of Microsoft 365; understanding of Data Governance or Master Data Management is an advantage
Fluent English is required
